Amorphallus titanum aka Stinky Phil


Aka Corpse plant, it is expected to bloom tomorrow.  The plant blooms about every five years and when it does the strong scent seems to smell like rotting flesh.  It comes from a rain forest in Sumatra.  This one lives at the Jacob A. Lutz Garden Complex at Virginia Tech

Still on the learning curve for the new parking meters.  These meters, on one of the streets, still offer to take coins as well as credit cards.  I have not tried them, but I will do so...soon.
