 True, the laurel around Blacksburg is lovely.  But these peonies from my neighbor are mine.

Commencement

 There have been commencement ceremonies almost every day this week.  Today was the official university ceremony.  Parties everywhere.

New building

 Virginia Tech building, at Prices Fork and Main St. is looking near completion.
