When I lived in Minnesota, and the temp hit 30 degree F, jackets came off and convertible tops came down.
After 20 below F, 30 above felt like a heat wave.
Maybe that same thing is happening in your town. Or, maybe like the Minnesotans, people are just nuts!
A quiet day in Blacksburg. Enjoyed the visit!
