This tree was in a small woods and it fell into the woods, not the nearby street.

Well, since it fell in the woods, it's likely that no one was hurt. It looks pretty old and big, so it could have done a bit of damage if it fell elsewhere. It would take a long time to remove if it fell in the street due to its weight and size.
