Talk on Black Suffragists

One of the programs as part of the celebration of women's right to vote was a talk about the issues for African American suffrage.  It was by the League of Women Voters of Montgomery County and the Lifelong Learning Institute at Virginia Tech.

I'd find that interesting. Certainly this element of suffrage would have been overlooked by the general public.
