Everywhere houses get turned into office buildings. I suppose it's cheaper than tearing them down and starting over...but...it would be nice to have some new and innovative architectural designed office buildings instead.
Its also more green to re-use rather than build new, although I don't think it can be anywhere near as nice. This looks like a radio studio to me.
