There are a lot of lovely homes in Blacksburg and there are many lovely apartments. There is a transient population; apartment buildings are part of the community.

It is nice when communities put thought into where they put apartments. When there is rhyme and reason. Hopefully, your community is doing so.
This apartment complex appears to be in the middle of a rural area.
