During the Blacksburg Bicentennial

When Blacksburg celebrated its Bicentennial, one of the fund-raising events was the traditional bricks to enshrine names.  The bricks are still in many locations in the community.  These are on Draper Road.

New Bridge over one of the waterways

Waterways were vital to the development of Blacksburg.  The work to maintain them continues with this new bridge at Seven Chimneys.

Chabad

A student organization, Chabad, offers religious and social events for Jewish students at Virginia Tech.

The Bluegrass style has been celebrated on the Crooked Road for a couple of weeks.
