Volunteer Rescue Squad celebrates new building

Blacksburg Volunteer Rescue Squad held a "ribbon cutting" for its new Station 5.  Mayor Ron Rordam and Squad Chief Dave English did the honors with an appropriate implement before the squad members pushed a new vehicle into the new building.
