still learning about new meters

Still on the learning curve for the new parking meters.  These meters, on one of the streets, still offer to take coins as well as credit cards.  I have not tried them, but I will do so...soon.

Meter on Main St.

A plain red meter. This is on Main St. I do not know what it is for.

Meter on Progress St.

This is the only house in the area that has a mysterious red meter in the front yard.
