Police on Main St.

There didn't seem to be any emergency.  Police were blocking a lane for a while.  Maybe work on the building?

The storm caused a lot of trouble from closed roads to power outages (my power).

 "Even Chief Foust got in the act yesterday during the monsoon by helping a little turtle cross the road near the Duck Pond.  We hope he didn't get washed away when the Duck Pond flooded!  (The turtle, not the Chief!  The Chief is fine!)"
