Bridge next to the road

Along a narrow, winding road just outside Blacksburg heading toward Roanoke, there must have been an older road. That older road must have needed this bridge. The leaves have been there since Fall, but the redbud is blooming as it does every Spring.

Not a new lake


Many years ago there was a motel on South Main St. named Lake Terrace. The name probably was because it was behind a small lake. The motel is gone and this has replaced the lake.
